Rockwell Collins to webcast investor teleconference of fourth quarter fiscal year 2005 financial results

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (October 24, 2005) - Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL) will host an investor conference call and simultaneous webcast to discuss its financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2005 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, November 10, 2005.

Rockwell Collins Chairman, President and CEO Clay Jones and Senior Vice President and CFO Patrick Allen will conduct the conference call.
